Chinese Chicken Salad

Ingredients:

  • 200g of chicken meat
  • 100g of noodles
  • 50g of lettuce
  • 50g carrot
  • 50g red cabbage
  • 50ml soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
  • 30 ml of malic acid
  • crushed almonds

Procedure:

Step 1 – Put the meat in a pot to boil for 20-25 minutes.

Step 2 – In the meantime, cut the carrot and red cabbage.

Step 3 – Cook the noodles according to the package instructions.

Step 4 – Prepare the dressing. in a small deep bowl, add soy sauce, malic acid, honey, peanut butter, and spices to taste (garlic powder, chicken seasoning, black pepper).

Step 5 – Cut the meat into small pieces or tear it off after the meat is cooked.

Step 6 – Add all the ingredients to a deep bowl and pour the dressing over them. Add the crushed almonds to it.

Ingredients:

  • 150 grams of oat flakes
  • 3 large ripe bananas
  • chocolate drops (vanilla extract and cinnamon if desired)

Procedure:

Step 1 – Mash the banana with a fork and add the oatmeal to it.

Step 2 – Add the chocolate chips, cinnamon and vanilla extract and mix well.

Step 3 – Form cookies in the form of discs with a thickness of 1cm.

Step 4 – Bake them for 10-12 minutes at 180 degrees.

Tortilla pizza

Ingredients:

  • 1 large tortilla
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato puree or ketchup
  • 200g of mozzarella or low-fat cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 50g of chicken or turkey ham
  • mushrooms
  • oregano

Procedure:

Step 1 – Place the tortillas on a baking sheet and cover them with the tomato sauce.

Step 2 – Add oregano to the tomato sauce.

Step 3 – Next, grate the cheese over the sauce.

Step 4 – Add the ham slices.

Step 5 – Crack an egg into the middle of the tortilla. Season.

Step 6 – Bake it in a preheated oven at 200°C, for about 7-10 minutes or until the white is completely baked and the yolk is still liquid.

Crispy chicken with fries

Ingredients:

  • 300g of chicken meat
  • 400g of potatoes
  • 2 eggs
  • flour
  • crushed cornflakes

Procedure:

Step 1 – Cut the meat into strips 3-5 cm wide.

Step 2 – First coat each strip in flour, then dip in beaten egg and finally coat in crushed cornflakes.

Step 3 – Bake them in a heated oven at 200C for 20-25 min. or in Air Fryer 13-15 min.

Step 4 – Cut the potatoes into fries, wash them in cold water, add spices of your choice, a little oil.

Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 200g oat flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of sweetener of choice
  • 2 tablespoons of applesauce
  • 150g of Greek yogurt
  • 100 ml of milk
  • Vanilla extract
  • pastry

Procedure:

Step 1 – Mash the bananas in a deep bowl.

Step 2 – In the same bowl, add the eggs, applesauce, Greek yogurt, milk and vanilla extract. Mix well until the mixture comes together.

Step 3 – Add the dry ingredients, flour and baking powder. Mix with a whisk until you get a homogeneous mixture.

Step 4 – Put the mixture in a bread mold. Bake for 35-45 minutes. at a temperature of 180C.

Strawberry dessert

Strawberry dessert

Ingredients:

  • 100g of fresh strawberries
  • 1 vanilla protein pudding
  • 100g of granola
  • Chia seed

Procedure:

Step 1 – Arrange a row of granola in a deep bowl.

Step 2 – Put a few spoonfuls of the pudding on it.

Step 3 – Add some chopped strawberries.

Step 4 – Repeat the steps several times.

Step 5 – Add some chia seeds on top.
