Ingredients:
- 1 large tortilla
- 2 tablespoons of tomato puree or ketchup
- 200g of mozzarella or low-fat cheese
- 1 egg
- 50g of chicken or turkey ham
- mushrooms
- oregano
Procedure:
Step 1 – Place the tortillas on a baking sheet and cover them with the tomato sauce.
Step 2 – Add oregano to the tomato sauce.
Step 3 – Next, grate the cheese over the sauce.
Step 4 – Add the ham slices.
Step 5 – Crack an egg into the middle of the tortilla. Season.
Step 6 – Bake it in a preheated oven at 200°C, for about 7-10 minutes or until the white is completely baked and the yolk is still liquid.
